Jason gained a pilot’s licence at 18 years of age whilst working as an aircraft engineer before obtaining his full engineering licence with the CAA.
At 21 he gained his commercial pilot’s licence and added his first aircraft engineering type rating to his basic engineering licence. To add to this impressive list he then became a flying instructor whilst maintaining the flying school fleet.
At 27 he became a first officer for a UK Airline and obtained his ATPL A few years later he added group ratings in wood and fabric, metal aircraft and piston engines to his engineering licence and became chief engineer at his local flying school / maintenance organisation.
Jason has been maintaining light aircraft for over 20 years and has a wealth of experience. He is fully licenced and has been an Arc Signatory for many years.
